Trouble Free Production 確保無故障生產
Coordinates assembly with others departments namely Logistic, Quality, in terms of trouble free production/assembly與物流部，質量部合作，確保無故障生產
Be responsible for a trouble-free production flow and product quality based around 0ppm 100% delivery performance to customer負責無故障的生產流程和產品質量。
High Quality Control 控制高品質
Ensures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectation/requirement確保符合客戶要求和期望的高品質產品
Production Process Improvement 生產流程改善
Provides analyze and revises production process in order to optimize capacity utilization分析并更新生產流程以優化產能利用率
Cooperates with CSC manufacturing department in order to ensure continuous improvement and set up best practice與CSC生產部門合作以確保持續發展和制定最佳實踐
Enhance Cost Efficiency 提高成本效率
Provides regular cost evaluation in order to enhance efficiency提供定期的成本評估以增加效率
New Projects Launch 新項目啟動
Ensures launches of new projects, be responsible for proper ramp up 確保新項目的啟動，負責可能的產能提升
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
· Bacheor’s Degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.本科或更高學歷，工程專業尤佳。
· 2-5 years work experience, in manufacturing field (at least four years must be in automotive environment). 在制造領域有2-5年的工作經驗（必須在汽車領域有至少4年的經驗）
· Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT) environment highly desired.在汽車內飾按需準時生產（JIT）方面的經驗尤佳
· International exposure a plus需要國際環境中的工作經驗
· Process Engineering工藝工程
· Customer communication客戶溝通
· Leadership skill領導技能
