本次招聘銷售職位是Base在武漢,負(fù)責(zé)陜西省的渠道銷售工作的,需要經(jīng)常出差,并且需要擁有土木工程或者工業(yè)與民用建筑的專業(yè)背景,有過(guò)編制施工方案工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能為陜西的渠道客戶提供強(qiáng)有力技術(shù)支持,協(xié)助客戶贏得建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目。
本次招聘的銷售職位是base在上海并負(fù)責(zé)上海區(qū)域銷售工作的,有通過(guò)渠道方式來(lái)銷售防水建筑產(chǎn)品的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮。
職位描述:
1. Identify sales Opportunities and implement action plans 識(shí)別銷售機(jī)會(huì)和執(zhí)行行動(dòng)計(jì)劃:
Propose sales promotion strategies, initiate sales action plans on the basis of the agreed targets with Sales Manager in order to align sales strategy and achieve mid and short term business objectives. 基于共同的目標(biāo)提出銷售戰(zhàn)略,與銷售經(jīng)理一起開(kāi)展銷售行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,使銷售戰(zhàn)略以及達(dá)到中短期業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
2.Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets 計(jì)劃并開(kāi)展銷售活動(dòng)以達(dá)到銷售目標(biāo):
Identify customers' needs, sales opportunities to develop and conclude profitable business in the assigned accounts. 識(shí)別客戶需求、銷售機(jī)會(huì)以開(kāi)發(fā)及簽訂有利潤(rùn)的業(yè)務(wù).
3.Credit management信用管理
Monitor and control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt. To meet A/R target as per Agreed Target. 監(jiān)控客戶應(yīng)收賬款(未付/過(guò)期未付)以減少逾期未付賬款以及壞賬的危險(xiǎn)。根據(jù)共同目標(biāo)達(dá)到應(yīng)收賬款目標(biāo)
4.Customer Visit Reports客戶拜訪報(bào)告
Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer’s needs and industrial trend. 準(zhǔn)備及時(shí)的個(gè)人拜訪客戶報(bào)告并清晰的指出客戶的需求及產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢(shì).
5.Sales Forecast 銷售預(yù)測(cè)
To ensure accuracy of sales forecast so as to minimize high inventory situation and avoid short supply due to inaccurate sales forecast. To provide forecast – by customer, by products to ensure production plants to have sufficient information and lead time for planning and inventory
確保銷售預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性以學(xué)最小化高庫(kù)存的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并避免由于不準(zhǔn)確的銷售預(yù)測(cè)所帶來(lái)的采購(gòu)短缺。提供預(yù)測(cè)--通過(guò)客戶、產(chǎn)品來(lái)確保生產(chǎn)廠家有足夠的信息以及時(shí)間來(lái)制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和備貨。
6.Customer Visit Reports客戶拜訪報(bào)告

7.Monthly Sales report銷售月報(bào)
Prepare Monthly sales report on Sales revenue, A/R status, customer’s needs, issues, competitors and industrial trends. 準(zhǔn)備有關(guān)銷售收入、應(yīng)收賬款狀態(tài)、客戶需求、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手以及產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢(shì)的銷售月報(bào)
8.Collect market information收集市場(chǎng)信息
Carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency. 開(kāi)展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,持續(xù)更新客戶資料,在分配的區(qū)域中識(shí)別新的有潛力的客戶以全面了解市場(chǎng)
9.New Customers/business新客戶/業(yè)務(wù)
To constantly develop new business/new customers for sales growth. 持續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)新的業(yè)務(wù)及客戶以促進(jìn) 銷售增長(zhǎng)
10.協(xié)助代理商召開(kāi)城市推廣會(huì),并積極推動(dòng)公司品牌在當(dāng)?shù)氐男麄鳌?br/>
11.Implement individual customer concepts實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人客戶概念
Develop and implement individual customer oriented concepts in order to address individual customer needs and develop and maintain a steady customer.
開(kāi)發(fā)并執(zhí)行以單個(gè)客戶為導(dǎo)向的概念以滿足單個(gè)客戶的需求并發(fā)展及維持穩(wěn)定的客戶
崗位要求:
1.Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial and civil construction
大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,土木工程或工業(yè)與民用建筑及相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.Preferably with 3~5 years actual design construction scheme experience in the waterproofing application
有3~5年實(shí)際試工方案設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
3.Experience with Foreign Investment Company an added advantage
有外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
4.Familiar with Microsoft
