1、 職責(zé)目的Position Objectives:
完成訂單錄入及訂單管理
To make sure every order is entirely in line with order fulfillment and Order management
2、 主要職責(zé)Key Responsibilities:
? 完成SAP系統(tǒng)中報(bào)價(jià)單的錄入,準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)的發(fā)送給客戶和銷售部。確保了解所有價(jià)格組的物料、價(jià)格信息。
To finish quotations in SAP with correct discount and price. Send to LOB leader waiting approval. Ensure correct material and price with contract price customers.
? 完成合同的系統(tǒng)(SAP)錄入、訂貨及到貨追蹤,并確保符合公司訂單銷售政策,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款和條件以及出口管理需求。
To finish sales other data input into Company management systems(SAP), coordinate & follow order shipment,Ensure adherence to Corporate Order Acceptance Policy, standard terms and condition and export administration requirement.
? 協(xié)助銷售人員申請(qǐng),配合合同部完成合同審核、創(chuàng)建、管理及執(zhí)行工作。
Assist sales people to review contract with Contract department and ensure contracts’ implementation & management work.
? 聯(lián)系內(nèi)部采購(gòu), 工廠以便確保按時(shí)發(fā)貨,積極管理訂單以滿足所承諾的交貨起和其他特殊發(fā)貨要求。
Coordinate with internal purchaser, factories to improve on-time delivery performance, proactively manage order to meet committed delivery date and any special delivery requirement.
? 與銷售、管理、商務(wù)和其他部門建立良好的溝通以便有效解決客戶訂單相關(guān)問題
Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with Sales people, management, business and cross-functional teams to resolve customer order related issues.
? 主管交付的其他工作。
Position related tasks assigned by supervisor.

? 專業(yè)背景和資歷素質(zhì)Education & Professional Background
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,文秘或貿(mào)易專業(yè)背景
? 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Relevant Experience
1年以上/1 years or above
? 語(yǔ)言技能Language Skills
? 良好的英文交流能力
Good English communication skills
? 其它要求Other Requirements
? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和客戶服務(wù)意識(shí),熟練使用辦公軟件
Good communication skills and customer services oriented. Proficiency with MS Office, Internet and other office software
