1. 2. Benchmark new electronic solutions from competition and suppliers on key technologies of the company on a regular basis and bring creative design ideas to fit new project development;對公司的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)定期進(jìn)行標(biāo)桿比較，跟蹤并評估供應(yīng)商和競爭對手的最新電子設(shè)計(jì)方案，為新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)帶來設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意；
3. Based on the new product requirements defined by product management team, establish the technical requirement book of the new product design, select the driver solution, design the circuit schematics and the PCB layout in close collaboration with R&D Mechanical design engineers, LED & Optics engineers and LED controller Engineer.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)定義的新產(chǎn)品需求，制定產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)技術(shù)要求，與研發(fā)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工程師、LED和光學(xué)工程師、LED 電子控制工程師密切合作選取驅(qū)動方案，設(shè)計(jì)電路原理圖及PCB版布線圖；
4. Conduct the testing and qualification of the Driver IC, other related components, the entire driver and electronic design of the final product in close collaboration with CA engineers;與測試工程師密切合作，進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的Driver IC、外圍元器件、整個(gè)驅(qū)動和最終產(chǎn)品的電子設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)測試及確認(rèn)；
5. Ensure the functions and performance target, cost target and product schedule target of the design are fulfilled in close collaboration with Project engineers;與項(xiàng)目工程師密切合作，確保開發(fā)項(xiàng)目達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)的整體功能、性能、成本和時(shí)間目標(biāo)；
6. Follow up the New Product Introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering department to solve electronic related mass-production process issues;跟進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品的工程導(dǎo)入、試產(chǎn)和量產(chǎn)，配合工程部解決大貨生產(chǎn)中與電子設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的工藝問題；
1.Major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, college or above degree.
電子或電氣專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷。
2. Minimum 5~8 years’ experience in lighting LED driver design, experience in foreign company will be a plus.
5~8年以上照明LED驅(qū)動設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外資企業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先。
3. Good understanding in 3W-60W AC/DC LED driver (CV and CC), with solid experience in EMC compliant design for Europe and North American market products.
良好的電子設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識，掌握3W-60W AC/DC LED 恒壓和恒流驅(qū)動電源設(shè)計(jì)，有扎實(shí)的歐洲、北美市場產(chǎn)品的EMC合規(guī)性設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Experience in electronics design tools such as PADs, AD…
能熟練運(yùn)用電子電路設(shè)計(jì)軟件。
5. Experience in MCU control and an RF remote communication technology will be a plus.
