Responsibility:1. Responsible for leading/driving the project team;2. Understands/executes the new project development in strictly accordance with WPD process on behalf of MFG;3. Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working realtionships with other functions and communicate skillfully in writen and oral English;4. Complete working knowledge of the product development and specific knowledge of the tool/method application at each gete of the new product introduction;5. Be a team leader with good management experience;6. PMP certification is preferable.
